A piglet named Cobweb

This tiny piglet was a commission for a lovely collector and she named him Cobweb. He was such fun to make!

Clockmakers bear

A new little black bear, he wears a clock winding key and is gently aged to give a vintage look. Black mohair is quite tricky to photograph and even trickier to stitch! He was inspired from watching a tv programme about the black bears of Minnesota.

Having got totally hooked (sorry!) on crochet my second project to finish is a more colourful blanket.

Little bear Mickleton

I've had a request for more photos of my little bear, so here he is! I made him out of a vintage piece of upholstery mohair which gives him an aged look.

First crochet project

I've finished my first crochet blanket in a gorgeous cream alpaca yarn. Here testing it out for cosiness is Mickleton a little bear I made out of a vintage piece of mohair fabric.

Alpaca crochet

I have made all my squares for my Alpaca blanket...just got to join them all together.
I now have three crochet projects on the go at once as I keep finding lovely new wool and so start another!
So I must try and complete my first crochet project, having learnt how to make a granny square just a few weeks ago!
